Back Home at last

The days task are done and all I have to show for it is a mountain of forms and paperwork to deal with. Grrr. I have no idea how I am supposed to select a good doctor from this list. David from the Stranger liked a fair amount of my work I showed him and the others but they don't think they have a place for me or something like that currently. He did say to keep submting as freelance contributor and even agreed to talk further about running some of the "Monday" single panel cartoons in March. Unfortunately the pay scale is laughable at best. It is however a start I just need to remember not to get to emotionaly bound to that prospect.

I have a lot I want to post but for now I think I will just finish making this cd of Beatles music little Hailee has asked me to make for her. I should probably consider eating something as well, you can't live on diet coke and cigarettes alone. Speaking of ciggies, Shanzi has asked me to stop smoking and while I would like to quiting doesn't seem like something I am capable of right now.
